Growing the Next Generation of Great Citizens. Alidade was hired to develop a major long term strategy, and several integrated campaigns and initiatives aimed at restoring citizen engagement in the province and over the long term affecting citizen participation in the electoral process, policy and voter participation. The project involved extensive research on citizen engagement, volunteerism, involvement in public policy, trends, identifying who are the organizations leading the charge, and influences affecting values, attitudes and behaviours across North America. The bilingual project is the beginning of a long term and strategic effort of change. The initial audiences were parents, youth, teachers, community partners. We branded the strategy and initative “Growing Great Citizens”, and delivered an integrated marketing strategy, online and offline media plans and advertising campaign materials, tagline and slogans for the initiatives, a partner engagement plan, a Community spirit initiative, In-school program, “Growing Great Citizens” website, www.growinggreatcitizens.ca, outdoor poster series and TV Movie theatre ad series.
Highly-Competitive Construction Market. Bigfoot Systems Inc. hired Alidade Marketing Limited,
to lead a major repositioning plan that involved detailed market research of the U.S building market, including primary
and secondary research and analysis, a marketing audit of current practices and structures in place across the U.S. The
deliverable was a market study, integrated strategy, a new brand, website and advertising campaigns. The strategy was
aimed at the construction market in the U.S.; specifically architects, home designers, major builders and do-it-yourselfers.
Licensee Decides To Go For It. Halifax Learning Centres, which holds a SpellRead license for the
local market, hired Alidade Marketing to work with their team to develop a marketing and business development strategy,
advertising campaign and provide marketing and sales coaching. For a relatively small company, this was a significant
business commitment and, in their view, it came with some risk. However, the marketing strategy paid off. They no
longer view their marketing efforts as risk but as an important investment in growing their business. Music to our ears!

Stiff Competition. Patterson Law is a law firm who bucked the "bigger is better" trend and said
"no" to a regional merger. They saw themselves at the heart, a Nova Scotia firm. They hired Alidade Marketing
to create a new brand and develop and implement a marketing strategy, new website and creative campaign to
build awareness and understanding of their brand.
Primary Health Care Nova Scotia. Alidade developed a three-year integrated social marketing strategy and plan, rebranding plan, corporate identity, logo, multiple brochure templates for various applications, fact sheets and program templates, and supporting recommendations for execution of new initiatives.
